Hot Springs Pools and Spas sought to overcome the challenges of seasonality by boosting pool sales in the warmer months and prioritizing hot tub sales in the colder months—without the need for a full rebrand or increasing advertising costs.

The solution was to revamp their brand presence and elevate the user experience on their website. By strategically using color, shapes, and a robust hot tub infrastructure, we ensured that users could enjoy the experience, remember the brand, and easily find the perfect spa to meet their needs.

Previously, users relied on the contact form to start conversations about which hot tub to choose and why. With the redesigned Hot Springs website, we addressed this by creating an interactive experience where users can toggle between hot tub colors, access key details like weight and size, and easily compare similar-sized models.

By integrating the new Hot Springs website experience with Google Advertising and other efforts, Hot Springs has consistently achieved $300k+ months. We continue to refine and enhance the experience to create a more predictable and effective advertising strategy.
